Between the dates of August 1 - September 31 2024 all Presa Pan orders were taken on a third party website called:

Due to website processing issues, these orders were not sent to our warehouse and during our website migration from to Shopify from Word Press these orders were lost.

If you were a part of this group of customers please call or email us for a resolution. 

If you haven't already contacted your credit card company and require either shipping information or a refund we are happy to service your request.

Please note: due to the high volume of requests, your patience is extremely appreciated we will work as fast as we can to ensure your items are delivered.
